Tasty Smoked Chicken Party Wings are an awesome appetizer, main dish, or snack. Check out my recipe for smoked party wings that will knock your socks off!
Pat your Party Wings dry and place them in a large bowl with olive oil. Coat the wings evenly with the oil by mixing them around.
Pre-heat your smoker to 325F and place the chicken wings directly on the smoker grate. Be sure to spread them evenly and leave a small amount of space between each wing.
Smoke for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Make sure your wings reach an internal temperature of at least 165F. They'll likely get up to ~190F after an hour which is totally okay.
Remove the wings from the grill placing them into metal bowls, one bowl per flavor. Toss the wings with either rub or sauce and serve hot!
